La Mouette, a traditional stone barn, is a 3 bedroom Gite sleeping up to 8 guests. It has a spacious open plan kitchen/diner with dining table and chairs. The mezannine sitting room has a vaulted ceiling with exposed beams. Rear doors open from the kitchen onto the rear private courtyard garden with patio table and chairs. All the ground floor rooms are suitable for wheelchair access.

An archway leads from the kitchen/diner to a ground floor shower room with wash basin and wc and inner hall leads to 2 ground floor double bedrooms. One bedroom has double doors opening onto the rear courtyard garden. A staircase leads from the kitchen upstairs where there is a third bedroom with 2 single beds and bunkbeds, a second bathroom and separate wc.The kitchen/diner is well equipped for a family holiday including an oven and hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave and dishwasher. The sitting room is furnished with 2 sofas, an armchair, coffee tables, mini hifi and satellite TV receiving some English language free to view channels.

Rear French doors from the kitchen/diner open onto a private courtyard garden with patio table and chairs. To one side of the front of the cottage there is another private garden with table and chairs and Brick BBQ overlooking the main fountained courtyard. An enclosed patio area offering good facilities and shelter for BBQ's or just enjoying a drink relaxing in the sunshine.
